Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Please read the following refund policy carefully before booking.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any booking or processing fees.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable.
Early-Bird & Discounted Tickets
Early-bird and discounted tickets are subject to the same cancellation terms unless otherwise stated.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant with prior approval from Clockfire Theatre Company. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Payment Plans
Payments made via a payment plan are non-refundable once the workshop has commenced.
If you need to withdraw before the workshop begins, refund eligibility will be assessed based on the cancellation timeframes above.
Workshop Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Clockfire cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future workshop.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
